Attack on The Nova Music Festival – Another tragic killing of an innocent human came out from the Israel and Hamas war that is so drastic that it has taken many lives till now. It is the tale of Elkana Bohbot who was a 34 years old ice cream shop owner who lost his life in the Israel attack. He opened his stall outside the Nova music festival in southern Israel and suddenly the Hamas came and attacked. He was also captured by Hamas and taken hostage like many other people who participated in that festival. When his family members got that video and pictures, their pain was out of their control.

Attack on The Nova Music Festival
The Nova music festival was held in southern Israel and it was going well until Hamas militants, some on paragliders and others in armed vans came and started attacking the event. The result was a devastating tragedy that claimed the lives of more than 260 festival attendees.
Ellaka Bohbot was also present in that festival and it was a tragic night for him. He was taken hostage by Hamas and put inside the van with many others. A video was released by Hamas of that truck and in that video Elkana Bohbot was seen being forcibly taken hostage and shifted into a truck bound for Gaza. His brother, Uriel Bohbot, received the shocking news and watched this distressing video. The situation became worse in his family and they are started trying to get their brother back
Uriel’s efforts to save him
Uriel Bohbot became numbed after seeing the video just like any other family members and he immediately rushed to be with his family in Jerusalem and started finding out ways to get him back safely. The emotions of fear and concern for Elkana were very sad and painful to see. Uriel gave a statement that,
“I know my brother, and he would never leave anyone behind,”. It is very tough to be at the place of their family members because losing someone in front of your eyes and not being able to do anything to save them is the biggest pain.
Hamas is constantly attacking different places around Gaza and taking hostages of many people to give pain to the entire country. It is their previous pattern and they always use the phenomenon of hostaging and blackmailing. This time also they are making people hostages, torturing them and releasing a video of it. We hope that situations will get better soon.
