The picture was taken of a person named Spencer Elden when he was just four months ago in 1991 and was looking very innocent there. Now he has filed a case against Nevermind creators for using his picture on their cover pic without his consent. He also put the case of child p0rnography for taking his n*de picture and use in their cover picture.

He filed a case against Nirvana in 2016 but court rejected the case as it was too late for him to file the case. But in 2021, after Nirvana upgraded their album and used the same picture, Spencer Elden filed the case again and the court accepted it. He filed the case of child p0rnography and using his n*de picture without consent.
