Louisiana police mentioned that Madison was involved in a car crash last week and her case was getting closed as well, but now new things have been added to this case and there are new suspects as well in this particular case.
What Happened With Madison Brooks?
It was mentioned by the police that there were actually five people involved in this case, while one of them was the one who drove the car, and Madison was hit, but before that Madison was raped as well. In the rape case, four men were arrested and they were charged as well. While on the other hand, in the rape case, it was mentioned that four suspects were arrested who met Madison before she passed away.
Madison was drunk when she was hit by the car. As per the reports she was standing at the corner of the road which was dark and she was not visible when an anonymous driver came and hit her. Police mentioned the names of three victims who were mentioned as follows, Kaivon Deondre Washington 18 of Walker, Evertee lee 28 of Pine Grove, and Casen Carver who is 18 Denham Springs. It was mentioned by the police that Lee and Casen were charged with principal to third-degree rape, while Kaivon and one suspect whose identity is not revealed are charged with thru degree rape.
On the other hand, the other one whose name is not revealed is said to be a teen who is 17 years old. While Lee and Casen were charged with principal third-degree rape as they were there at teh time of teh crime but did not get involved in it. It was mentioned by the police that Lee, Casen, Kaivon, the other teen, and Madison were drunk at a bar when they got out and Madison asked Kaivon to get physical with her.
While the teens asked for her consent and they denied it upon being forced Kaivon and the other teen got intimate with her, while Casen and Lee were standing out. On the other hand, after getting intimate they left Maison from where Madison got hit and passed away. It is mentioned that Kaivon and Casen were students of Walker High School and Carver was a member of the baseball team there.
