Jason Pass, who is just a 47-year-old man, killed his neighbour’s father and son for making noise in his apartment. He killed his neighbours over minor issues of making noise that came into his apartment. He flies away from the location and police are now searching for him. The CCTV footage that clearly describes his shooting has been uploaded and it is getting viral on social media platforms.

Jason Pass is a 47-year-old young man who lived in a Brooklyn apartment with his 73-year-old mother. He is currently in the limelight for killing his neighbour’s father and son over the small issues of dispute noise that they always used to make in their apartment that were on the upper floor of Jason’s apartment.
After getting so much frustration from a lot of time on their regular conflicts, he puts out his gun and shoots his neighbor along with his stepson. The victim Bladimy Mathurin lived directly above Jason’s apartment and had a complaint of making noise regularly.
About The Whole Incident
On 29th October 2023, Jason was sitting in his home as usual with his old home and he was irritated with his issues. Suddenly, the noise of personal disputes started arriving from the neighbour’s house and he was getting more irritated.
Their neighbours were constantly making noises and it could be heard directly in Jason’s room. He had made many complaints about that, but the issues were unresolved. He put out his gun and went upstairs.
By the side of the lift, he met with his wife and they both also turned on each other for a heated argument. After that, he reached out to his apartment and when Mathurin showed him a knife, he pushed him back and shot multiple times. His wife ran away and he also shot his stepson who was 27 years old.
Police Investigation of the Case
After the murder, Jason flew away from the location and he is still missing and police are looking for him. Police have also asked his old mother about the incident but she is clueless and has no information.
CCTV cameras recorded the whole incident properly. Jason was recorded killing in two cameras. He was also fired from his job in the same month because of showing a gun to the police officers in a road rage incident in Brooklyn.
Her sister claims that he shot out of self-defense and the noise level was out of control regularly. She said that after making complaints, they even started having more conflicts and unusual noises. According to the NYPD, Jason had called 311 multiple times for making noise from the upper apartment but the matter could never be resolved.
