She was charged with possession of illegal deadly weapons during the time of her detainment and for breaking the prison. She had committed numerous crimes and is finally under police custody. The two victims of this killing were identified as, 60 years old Michael Shinners, who worked as a property manager and 41 years old man, Wesley Freeman. Additionally, a man named, Michael Horne, who’s around 68 years old was injured. Horne worked as chief building engineer and is in the incentive care unit for now. According to the news reporters, he is referred for numerous surgeries since he was badly injured during the course of the attack. He was even sued by the lawsuit because of the same reasons. Although she claimed to file some lawsuits against the building management about all the difficulties about retaliation, persecution, harassment, intimidation, threats, burglary, and computer hacking that she faced while residing there. After the situation got out of her control she decided to actually take some serious steps against the management.
Later she was threatened by the management for not going to any further extent if she wants to live peacefully.
