Until now government officials have reported that there were seven people discovered dead. A teen who was 13 years old was seen stuck inside a basement of a building and along with her, there were two adults as well. The three of them were reported to be dead. Apart from that, six others were reported to be missing. Several areas were blacked out and people living in the basements and lower areas of the city were asked to evacuate the localities as the water is getting filled.

While the intense rainfalls might have occurred due to high temperatures and global warming as well.
