Merseyside Pub Shooting Incident Explained

The woman who passed away during this incident and who was shot brutally was identified as Elle Edwards who was at the pub enjoying herself. It was stated by the Merseyside police that the cold-blooded shooting occurred on the Day of Christmas Eve and she has not believed the target of the shooting occurred. This shooting occurred on midnight of Christmas eve and Elle was shot in her head straight. When the bullet got into her head, she collapsed and passed away. Two people who were said to be the prime suspect, in this case, have been taken under arrest and are getting enquired about as well.

Elle who passed away was just 26 years old and her death was untargeted but she was just shot by mistake. Police stated that the two people who were arrested in this case were identified as a 30 years old man and a 19-year-old woman whose names were to be revealed by the police yet as they are currently investigating the case. The 30 years old man was from Tran mere and the 19 years old woman was from Rock Fery. The two have been held for conspiracy to murder and suspicion of murder and attempt of murder. The two are currently under the custody of the police and are getting interrogated by the officers.

Who Is The Suspect?

Sue Coombs who is teh detective superintendent of Merseyside police added that there are two suspects being held in connection to this case. While he also added that the family of Elle is going through a tragic loss and added that their team who deals with family liaison is dealing with and supporting the family of Elle now. He also added that the team is investigating thoroughly and they will not rest until they bring justice to the family of the victim, Sue also addressed that anyone with information is requested to contact the police, while this shooting occurred at the lighthouse Inn if there was anyone then there with any evidence or witnesses they are requested to come forward.

Officer also added that he requests anyone who was near the pub at the shooting while riding bikes or cars are requested to check their camera or dash cams as any evidence would be of great help. A 28-year-old man as well is also getting treated in the hospital as he got shot in the incident and remains in serious condition. Three people also suffered injuries and they were given treatments while they had nonfatal injuries. People laid flowers at the site of the shooting after the investigations were completed. On the day of the incident, 12 shots were heard and many shots hurt the people enjoying the pub.
