His family tried a lot calling and they were calling 911 several times and they were waiting but it was considered to be a painful wait for them and all the families he used to study within the last year at Columbia UBC University after an investigation the department came to know about the phone records in which we can see that he use the Apple watch to dial 911 but no one picked up the call it was the situation for him to deal with this.

Talking about the first call he made on 14 November at 7:33 a.m. but a few hours later he again tried to call them even though the employee of Ecomm and the agency mention that they tried to call him back but he was not able to answer that after that he meets the second call and according to his family members they heard their son vomiting in the room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.. they even tried multiple times to open the door but he didn’t open it at all and never responded again.
