Coy Gibbs was in the position of vice chairman of the firm named Joe Gibbs Racing for his NFL. He was the father of the NASCAR Hall of Fame who passed away just after his son bagged the Xfinity Series championship. It seems like he was just waiting for his son to win so that he can die peacefully.

The statement reads, “It is with deep sadness Joe Gibbs Racing asserts that the co-owner of Coy Gibbs peacefully sleep in the arms of God last night. We all are sad with his passing news and the family appreciates all the prayers and thoughts sent by the people but at this time family requesting privacy at this tough time.”

As per reports, Joe Gibbs has lost his 2 sons, the first one was J.D. Gibbs who passed away in the year 2019 and the cause of his demise was identified as a degenerative neurological disease, co-incidentally he was 49 years old when he took his last breath. After that, Coy Gibbs take the position of his older sibling and hold the position of vice chairman of the organisation.
Jim France the chairman and CEO of NASCAR stated that “We are quite heartbroken after learning the sad death news of Coy Gibbs.
