As per the reports, the woman was reported to be missing this week and she was getting searched by the [police. Powhatan police mentioned that the 70 years old woman Malana Patricia Weaver was reported to be missing since Tuesday, 27th of December 2022, and she left her house but did not return back. She was along with a vehicle that was reported to be missing as well. While police also mentioned that a witness saw the woman and the car near the James river and she was in the park near the river. When the police arrive and checked only to find her to be dead.

It was mentioned that Weaver was walking alone near the park. While it was mentioned that police searched along with their crew at the park with boats and a helicopter and after Weaver was found they transferred her to the hospital but unfortunately the woman was determined to be dead. Although until now no cause of death has been mentioned by the police, it is been said that the police will soon reveal the cause of death after the medical examinations are complete.
