During this Storm, a high wind was observed while people remained protected. As a result of that wind, the wire lines went off and were disturbed as well. To repair those lines Blake went on duty. Reports from the electric department mention that Blake was fixing the wire lines while he was on duty and he passed away while he was still on duty. It was mentioned that Blake passed away after he had contacted the electrical line accidentally. This incident occurred on the 23rd of December 2022, Friday, and the working line that day was off due to the snow storm the snow resulted in wire lines getting down which Blake was repairing that day, Blake was just 22 years old when he passed away and this incident occurred just outside Pedro, Lawrence county, Ohio around 10:15 am on the day of the incident.
