On Sunday, 6th November 2022, the American blogger shared the news of the death of Chuck Drummond who was her father-in-law and she respected him a lot which clearly visible in her tribute. Her father-in-law was 79 years old when he took his last breath on the morning of Friday, 4th November 2022. In her social media post, she wrote, “Several of you are already familiar with my Papa through my cooking show and blog through the several years and with a heavy heart I am sharing the news with you.
“I am feeling very grateful you to give love and prayers, particularly for Ladd and his brother Tim along with the 6 grandchildren.” She shared an official obituary on her website named The Pioneer Woman, how the death of Chuck was “such a tragic and sad goodbye for the whole family and also for those who associated with him. I am feeling terrible while sharing that the father of Ladd, the grandpa of my father- perished on the morning of Friday.”
