After attending the California Institute of the Arts, co-founded by Walt Disney himself, Fullmer graduated in 1974 and entered the world of animation. He spent some time working with Don Bluth, a prominent Disney animator who eventually departed from the studio, leaving a significant void in the animation department. Fullmer collaborated with Bluth on groundbreaking video games like “Dragon’s Lair” and “Space Ace.” He also lent his talents to animated segments for “Sesame Street” and provided effects animation for Tobe Hooper’s live-action space vampire epic “Lifeforce.”
