Recently a video of a woman attacking and assaulting a guard was circulating on the internet. She was seen abusing the guard verbally and physically at some residential society. The police officials rushed there and detained the woman instantly. The video showed a woman who was identified as Bhavya Rai, who violently attacking the guard and grabbed him from his neck region and started hitting him. Even when he tried getting out of her grip but she held him more tightly. According to the reports woman just came out of her car, a white sedan and got into a fight with the guard at the entrance of a society called, Jaypee Wishtown society. The woman was recorded abusing, and insulting the guard over the minimal issue of him coming late to open the entrance gate of the society. Although it was not such a big issue as she made it up. Noida Woman Arrested For Abusing, Assaulting Security Guard Video
The video that surfaced on the internet was about 2 minutes of runtime duration. As the video went viral police officials from the Noida police station took action against women. They took care of the whole incident with greater attention. The video was identified to be posted from Noida’s, JP Green Wish Society, at Sector number 126. Guard tried his level best to get out of her grip first later he pleaded with him numerous times to leave him and asked for mercy. But the woman didn’t even think twice and kept on beating him cold-bloodedly. She got meddled with the guard and used extremely unsophisticated language with him. Her colleagues tried to calm her down but she didn’t listen to anyone.
Why Was Bhavya Rai Arrested In Noida?
She threatened him with much racist and inappropriate abuse along with clutching his collar repeatedly. Afterwards guard asked his society secretary to let him leave the job after this whole insult and inappropriate behaviour with him just because of getting late for opening the entrance gate. According to the statements given by the guard, the woman was not in her consciousness when she beat him and she was even unable to stand properly without any support. Guard registered the FIR against the woman Bhavya, for this whole raging crime.
While social media is now angered over such terrible behaviour by the woman out of nothing. The woman is now in police custody with allegations under Indian Penal Code sections 153A for acting out of legal limits, Article 323 for voluntarily causing harm to someone, article 504 for insulting the person in a public place, article 506 for criminal intimidation and some others as well. She was chased down by police after 4 days of running and will be behind the bars soon for the long term.
