  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/ tsp. sugar

BURGER BASTING LIQUID

  • 3 tbsp. Spanish Paprika
  • 2 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. Sriracha sauce
  • 8 oz. water
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic powder
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 oz. fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 4 oz. yellow onion, roughly chopped

RED HOT CHEETOS SEASONING 

  • 1 cup Red Hot Cheetos (about 1 small bag)
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
