Louise Distras Arrested: A piece of serious incident is coming from Wakefield, West Yorkshire where a well-known singer and songwriter was arrested by the police for Trans Rights Extremist comments. She was in an uncomfortable situation in her house and was forced by the police officers to come with them and change clothes in front of them. She also got boycotted by the music industry for making her point of view towards the trans community which was considered as gender critical. Louise Distras was arrested by the Wakefield police department recently for making alleged statements for the transgender community. She was interrogated for the comments she made on the trans right extremists which was considered as an alleged statement. She went for a speech at the Let Women Speak event at Leeds in November 2023 and there she commented in her speech saying”If men in dresses want to claim to be women then women are always going to put up a fight to defend our hard-won rights, of course, we are”.

She was criticized for being a trans right extremists and was arrested by the Police on 17th December 2023, Sunday. She was arrested, interrogated and later released without any charges after 5 hours. She also put a post on her arrest saying that she was in her bathroom washing her hair that day when suddenly police came for arrest. She was forced to change in front of them and come to the police station. Shampoos were still in her hair and she had to come along with them in that condition.

Louise Distras Boycotted By the Music Industry

Apart from being arrested, Louise Distras is also boycotted from the whole music industry. No bigger production houses are ready to work with her and let her work in the industry. She is being trolled for a statement she made in May 2023 while speaking to the GB news where said that “Everything in my life starts with me being a woman and a woman is an adult human female” by denying the fact that transgenders are women. 

She said that she was never wrong and because of her bold and truthful statements, she was cancelled by the music industry for making gender-critical views. A huge controversy has been raised against her for humiliating transgender rights and existence. She has been threatened by the trans-rights extremists and one of them reached her house as well and she had to file a police case.
