Ariana Biermann is the daughter of Kim Zolciak and she is the youngest daughter of Kim. It was been released by the local sources that Ariana was accused of drunk driving and driving harshly as well. Though police have been saying that the allegations were true, Ariana is denying the allegations against herself. It was revealed that Ariana was under the influence when she was driving her car on Saturday. As per the records obtained by several sources, Ariana is charged with several misdemeanours which included driving under the influence and erratic lane change, and having underage alcohol as well. She was also charged for underage purchase of alcohol in Forsyth Georgia.

Why Was Ariana Biermann Arrested?

As of now, Ariana was released on bail for the sum of 5,120 dollars and she is now out of police radar. She was driving with her boyfriend Hudson McLeroy when she was driving harshly. Hudson and Ariana are both 20 years old. Hudson as well was arrested earlier for alleged DUI and driving past limits and without a permit. As per the statement given by Ariana’s attorney, Justin Spizman, Ariana was not under the influence of alcohol but she was involved in a minor fender bender. He added that Ariana was impaired and anxious by a minor accident and that the officer was incorrect about her being drunk. Justin said that the officers started investigations as soon as the accident occurred.
