The full name of Joe was “Apostle Joe Kayo”. He was born on 5 May 1937 in Nyamira district of Kenya his parents belonged to a farming family. His family was poor and at a very young age, he was introduced to financial problems as he had to face a lot of money problems and had to leave his studies at just class 6. As a result, he is interested in drugs and crimes.
According to his biography, he married his beloved “Rose” in 196l, and after his marriage, he had three children.
