Who Is Lili Elbe?
Took her last breath on 13 September 1931 and she was 48 years old in Dresden, Weimar Republic. She passed away because of Klinefelter syndrome there are many conspiracy theories that she had intersex. She was married to a woman who was also a Danish painter and Illustrator Gerda Marie Fredrikke Wegener. They got married when they were 18 years old and Lili also passed away at the age of 54. There was not a positive notion and a lot of negativity around transgender during that time.

Both of them were students of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Vah Tum Marvellous painter and they painted a lot of depictions. They travelled Europe and settled in Paris in 1912 and started painting some commendable work. She was known for painting almond eyes and beautiful women with Haunting tones.
