The movie was constructed under the direction of Vivek Agnihotri and it was screened at the movie festival alongside fourteen other movies. Later on, committee member, Sudipto Sen distanced himself from the comment Nadav and the cast and crew of the movie banged the Israeli filmmaker for making such a derogatory comment.

My position is not easy and the reason is that you are a guest here and I am the head of the committee here, you are treated and behaved very well… I am quite happy that I am going back to my country.”
