57 years old Linda shared about herself saying why she was off the camera for years and why she was feeling low about herself. She said that she went through a procedure called Cryolipolysis that ensure the removal of fat cells from her face and she went through that procedure years ago. After that procedure though she looked absolutely stunning and she had major changes in her features. Linda went through a lot of problems after she got that procedure done. Linda added that after some time her face and some parts of her body started protruding and she was unable to take off the changes and reactions in her body all at a time.

Linda said in an interview that the procedure lead to a rare side effect in her body called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. Linda go her cosmetic procedure get back in 2015 and after attending the Fragrance Foundation Awards. The cosmetic procedure left the model with a brutally disfigured face so much so that the woman was unrecognizable and many times she was left in despair. Linda added that the side effects started showing up when her face instead of becoming lighter and started becoming firmer and formed an enlarged mass under her skin. The mass is supposed is break down under her skin but the procedure caused her a side effect after which the skin became firmer.
In the Vogue magazine shoot, she did this year, Linda covered her hair with a scarf and wore a hat above it. She also had a tight tape that lifted her face. While speaking about it Lina added that the face that is showcased in the magazine is rather not her real face and it is much different. She added that she used a scarf to cover her face and the hat as well. Linda said that the after-effects or the allergic reactions left her to go off the camera for years. She added that the tape and the scarf helped her cover her face that time in the shot but she cannot do that for her whole lifetime. Linda said that if she knew what the after-effects of the procedure would be, she would never have gone for that procedure.
Linda said that she wanted to move on from her life. She added that she hated her face and her appearance so much that she did not go out for years and she would only go out to leave her son to a school who is 15 years old. Linda said that she withdrew the case that she filed against the cosmetic company that did the procedure on her face and also added that she wanted to feel more powerful in the skin that she is in now and move on and enjoy with her family and friends.
