The CBS provided that Heather passed away as a result of an unforgiving disease. Heather was a producer in the middle of The Talk show in 2010 as the senior supervising producer of the show. She was promoted to the co-executive producer post later that year after her introduction to the show. In 2019 she was again promoted to the post of executive producer 2019. She got an Emmy Award and NAACP Image award as well for her best talk show entertainment show in 2016 and in 2018 as well. Before joining The Talk and CBS, Heather was a part of Endemol USA as the development producer for two years from 2010-2011.
