In some videos available we can see that a person who was wearing a Mask of suddenly came into the premises and started stabbing the other individuals painfully. There were no security guards and safety measures available during the situation and unfortunately we lost the lives of three citizens. We would like to express my deepest apologies and sympathies to the family and may their soul rest in peace. The identities of those individuals had not been released. Most of them were children and it was later revealed by the local authorities that it may have been a part of a Gangster war the individual was immediately arrested whose identity was revealed as a 48-year-old man Liu Xiaohui.

He is currently living in Anfu county. It all was made possible because of the CCTV surveillance footage and he was wearing a light-colored shirt and sneakers with the baseball cap. He was wearing a surgical mask but he could not deceive the eyes of authority.
