He took his last breath on 29th August the Tuesday and he was teaching Economics at the Jawahar Lal Nehru University in Delhi. He was also included in the agricultural costs and prices department. He received his education from the University of Cambridge and Saint Stephen’s College. He was born on 26 November 1950 and he belonged to a Bengali family he went to the Sardar Patel Vidyalaya when he was just a teenager. He was interested in studies and various kinds of subjects that’s wh started studying physics for a degree and received a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Cambridge in 1981, he was later appointed as the chairman of various government organizations and his advice was really important to make decisions.
