It turned out that the girl was diagnosed with meningitis and she lost her four limbs. Her limbs had to be cut off due to organ failure. This incident occurred in teh Frimley Park hospital in Surrey where the girl clearly showed the red flags of being diagnosed with meningitis and sepsis while the doctors ignored her health condition. It was mentioned by the lawyers of the girl that she was given paracetamol and she was asked to consume it. The girl’s health condition worsened after taking the tablet and she even developed a rash and fever as well.

The girl suffered multi-organ failure while she also had several procedures done after she was diagnosed with meningitis and had skin grafts to treat the infection as well. She had above-knee amputations and above-elbow amputations as well. All of the girl’s four limbs were cut off to stop the infection and also to prevent the spread as well. The family of teh girl was devastated by the amputation of teh brave girl as she had her whole life in front of her and all of her limbs were cut off.

It was mentioned that the family claimed that if the NHS foundation trust would have treated the girl right and would have given the girl the right treatment and antibiotics this would have not happened with their daughter. The lawyers of the girl were ready to sue the hospital and they allegedly sued the doctors and teh hospital as well. While later they agreed to come to an agreement.

A court hearing in London this Monday agreed that the girl would be given a statement of about 39 million dollars by the hospital. While half of this amount will be given to her now and the rest will be given to her in portions all of her life. The lawyers of the girl said that although the girl’s legs and her arms can’t be replaced, the amount will be assisting her all of her life. NHS trust mentioned that they are sorry for the girl who lost her limbs and they understand about the settlement while they are thankful as well. They mentioned that they will fully compensate the girl.
